Imagine being the observer of a passionate painter going back about 150 years ago. He’s in Italy, his favorite place to live. He wakes up early, right before the sunrise. He gathers all of the things he needs to create and communicate what he sees in this beautiful place. You are his shadow, following him to the crest of the hill overlooking the sea. He has picked an olive garden to set up his easel and canvas. He looks out over the old church waiting for the moment when the sunlight bursts through the trees. He is inspired to paint the elegant landscape that has endured many years — until the present time for us to enjoy!
