Celebrate Family Day with Newport Brushstrokes!
Family Day is celebrated on the second Monday of February in BC, and the third Monday of February in New Brunswick, Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and Saskatchewan. While the celebration has already passed in BC, for the other provinces, February 19th is coming quickly!
There are many activities (many are free) held across Canada to bring families together in fun and different ways. For example, ice skating, free admission to art galleries, museums and provincial parks, and overall, activities that are appropriate for all members of the family.
There will be several opportunities to take photos to capture special moments of your family spending time together during these events. Or, if you’re celebrating in a more casual and relaxed way at home, it is possible that you will take a picture perfect photo that is heartfelt and personal to you and your family. No matter how you decide to celebrate, what truly matters, is that you do it together as a family.
