This artwork is from a one-owner collection and is in excellent condition. This canvas comes from a smoke-free home. It has been highlighted by a Thomas Kinkade Master Highlighter; hand embellished with oil paint to accentuate the light as portrayed by the creativity of Thomas Kinkade.
There is a very rare silk screen Remarque and Thom’s Signature on the reverse of the canvas. The front of this canvas artwork is also signed with a forgery-proof DNA Matrix signature. All of these enhancements make this artwork extremely rare and a very collectible edition by the American artist, Thomas Kinkade.
This artwork is framed in its original Thomas Kinkade Studio Antique Gold frame which is crafted with poplar and is 22kt gold gilded. This frame is a superior museum quality frame, usually only found on expensive original works of art. The artwork and frame are in excellent condition.
“New York Fifth Avenue” is a late career work of art by Thomas Kinkade. The original Certificate of Authenticity is included with this work of art.
The owner of this artwork represents and guarantees this artwork to be in the condition as described. Based upon the current owner’s representations and documentation, this artwork has been certified by the Shropshire Gallery in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts as to its condition and provenance. The Shropshire Gallery is one of the oldest and largest original Thomas Kinkade Signature Galleries in the United States.
