Famous Albuquerque artist Maurice Green who lived and worked in Albuquerque until he passed in 2000. His art is displayed in many galleries both in Albuquerque and around the state.
P.S. A large mural like “Green” painting of Coronado entering the Alb area is on display at the Barelas community center on south 7th street (Oil on canvas depicting Francisco Vasquez de Coronado and his conquistadors coming from Arizona into New Mexico, (then called Tiguex) )
