This coming April will mark the two-year anniversary of the devastating Humboldt Broncos bus crash. This unfortunate accident resulted in the death of 16 Humboldt Broncos’ players, coaches and personnel. It also injured 13 other passengers, many of whom are still recovering from their injuries.

For many, the tragedy feels like it happened yesterday. For others, it may feel like a lifetime has passed since that fateful day. Everyone can agree however, that it has not been forgotten, nor will it ever be.

After the accident, several generous citizens worldwide donated to the GoFundMe page. This page had been set up to help the families of the victims, the survivors, and the Humboldt Community.

Newport Brushstrokes offers their Talent to Help Two weeks after the accident, Newport Brushstrokes Fine Art Inc. wanted to do their part too, in the best way they knew how. Newport Brushstrokes is known for their highly praised artwork including offering the service of doing photo to oil canvas paintings. Their talented team and artists hand painted a beautiful piece of art based on the last team picture taken by photographer Clark Stork.

Newport Brushstrokes is currently having an auction for an original oil painting of the team, and 100% of the funds will be going to the City of Humboldt Bronco Memorial Project. The painting is 24” x 30” and the winning bidder will be able to choose their desired frame.

The auction will end on January 31st, 2020 so head here NOW to see the painting, place your bid and see similar products (many of them have partial proceeds that are also going towards the Bronco Memorial Project).  If you have any questions, please contact them at 1-888-383-4858.
